FAQ

When will my order ship out after I place my order?

  • All orders should be shipping out the within 1-3 days after ordering. Exceptions will include holidays as all packages will be dropped off on the next available date the post office is open.

Will I be receiving a notification of shipping?

  • Yes! An automatic emails should be arriving in your inbox when a shipping label is printed. This does not mean that the packages have been dropped off at the post office - only that it has been packaged.


The shipping information says that it's been delivered but I don't have it?

  • Please wait about a week after the tracking shows that a package has been delivered after ensuring that none of your neighbors have erroneously been delivered your package. Sometimes, delivery people will scan your item and mark it as delivered and forget it in the truck. This mistake often leads to package being delivered either the day after or a handful of days after once the delivery person finds the package in their truck again.

If by the next week you have not been given your package, please file  a lost package claim through USPS (I cannot file this for you as it requires personal information). Depending on what you have ordered, I may be able to replace it, but this is not a guarantee.


My prints and postcards arrived damaged!

  • Unfortunately, I do not have any control over the package is out of my hands but I do my best before that to ensure the package is secure. If anything comes damaged, please contact me at [email protected] with photos, and depending on what was ordered, I may be able to replace some items.


Can I buy these prints in person?

  • Yes! If you’re attending any of the conventions listed and scheduled on my conventions tab, feel free to stop by my booth and skip that pesky shipping cost. I may not be bringing everything offered in the store, so please check the convention catalog I post on social media usually within a week of the convention!
